A: We support top brands like Cummins/Weichai/Yuchai engines and Stamford/Leroy-Somer alternators, with custom OEM options.

Q: What is the voltage and frequency of your diesel generator?

A: Our generators provide global-ready power: 110V-415V (±1% stability) with 50Hz/60Hz auto-switching. Certified for ISO, UL, and IEC standards. Custom high-voltage/dual-frequency models on request.       

Q: What is the rated power range of your diesel generator sets?

A: Our diesel generators are available in a comprehensive power range from 6 KVA to 3,000 KVA, covering both standard and industrial applications.

Q: What is the difference between prime power and standby power?

A: Prime power generators sustain long-term operations like mining sites, while standby units provide emergency backup for hospitals - key differences being runtime limits and load management systems.

Q: How much fuel can I save compared to older generator models?

A: With our Smart ECO Mode, fuel consumption drops by 22% versus conventional models at partial loads. 

Q: Is the noise level low enough for residential areas?

A: With 3-layer acoustic enclosures, noise is reduced to 75 dB(A) at 7 meters.

Q: What is Your lead time?

A: Standard lead time: 10-20 workdays after order confirmation.

Q: Do you conduct 100% testing before shipping?

A: Yes, every generator undergoes 100% quality validation testing prior to shipment, and we provide the corresponding test video for your review.

Q: What are your payment terms?

Payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance before loading.

Q:  How to pack the diesel generator?

A:  Our export packaging adapts to diesel generator requirements. For silent generator units, we use 0.8mm weatherproof PVC film wrapping with steel frames (IP55 certified) and EPE foam buffers.

Q: What about the warranty?

A: 12-month/1,000-hour warranty (whichever comes first). Covers parts, labor, and tech support for factory defects. Excludes damage from misuse (wrong fuel, overload) or unauthorized changes.
